You will arrive in Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal after a 3 hours drive. You can unwind and proceed for a great breakfast ahead. 

Check into a cozy hotel to freshen up and recharge for the day. And guess what? Lunch is included! A quick feast to keep your energy high for the grand adventure ahead.

10:00 AM - Arrive Taj Mahal 

Head to the Taj Mahal for a magical experience. Your guide will tell you stories of love, history, and the incredible architecture that makes the Taj Mahal a wonder.

The Taj Mahal, an iconic monument located in Agra, India, was commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Construction began in 1632 and was completed in 1653. The purpose behind building the Taj Mahal was to serve as a mausoleum for Shah Jahan's beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died during childbirth in 1631.

The construction involved thousands of skilled artisans, laborers, and craftsmen who dedicated their efforts to bring Shah Jahan's vision to life. The Taj Mahal stands as a testament to the Mughal architectural prowess and the enduring love between Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal.

12:00 PM - Explore Agra Fort 

As the morning unfolds, explore the Agra Fort – a colossal fortress with tales of mighty emperors. The primary purpose behind building the Agra Fort was strategic. Situated on the banks of the Yamuna River, the fort provided a strong defense against invasions. Its robust structure and imposing walls housed not only military facilities but also palaces, audience halls, and administrative buildings.

01:00 PM - Head for lunch

You will be heading for a sumptuous lunch and relish the traditional dishes. 

02:00 PM - Exploring other sight seeing places 

Emperor Shah Jahan, known for his grand architectural projects, further expanded the fort, adding opulent structures such as the Moti Masjid, Diwan-i-Khas, and Diwan-i-Am. 

After this visit the marble inlay workshops where you can catch glimpses of skilled artisans carefully craft the marble stones into beautiful masterpieces. 

06:00 PM - Return to Delhi 

Hop back into your comfy ride and enjoy the scenic journey back to Delhi via the Yamuna Expressway. Reflect on your adventure, share laughs, and maybe even doze off for another quick nap on the ride. Our driver will drop you back at your pickup location, or the airport.
